Terms of Service
Last updated: May 8, 2026.
By using this website or calling (855) 633-5065 in response to it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place a call.
What we do
BinDrop Pro is a service that connects callers in the Houston metro with vetted dumpster and porta potty rental providers. We are not the operator of the rental equipment; the provider that delivers your bin or porta potty is a separate company that holds the contract for your rental and the rental, hauling, disposal, and any related obligations.
Pricing and quotes
Pricing quoted on the phone is binding for the rental window described in that call. Final pricing depends on size, ZIP, debris weight, rental duration, and any add-ons agreed to during the call. Overweight loads, prohibited materials, and rental extensions beyond the agreed window may trigger additional charges, which we will explain before they are applied.
Prohibited materials
You agree not to place hazardous chemicals, paint, solvents, tires, batteries, refrigerant appliances, asbestos-containing material, medical waste, propane tanks, pesticides, or any other materials prohibited by Texas state law or the receiving landfill. Mixing prohibited items with regular debris triggers a contamination fee at the landfill, which is passed through to you.
Property and damage
You are responsible for ensuring the placement location is safe and accessible. Damage to driveways, lawns, irrigation systems, low-hanging utilities, or overhead obstructions caused by access to a placement spot you directed is your responsibility. We use lift-and-set placement when possible to minimize impact.
Permits
If your placement requires a city Right-of-Way permit, you authorize us to apply for the permit on your behalf when you ask us to. Permit fees are passed through to you. Placing a bin in the public right-of-way without a valid permit is your responsibility, not ours, if you direct us to do so.
Cancellation
You may cancel before delivery without charge. Cancellations after the truck is dispatched may incur a trip fee. Once the bin is on site, the rental period begins; you may have the bin pulled at any time but the base rental and disposal charges still apply.
Disclaimer
This website is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information on it is complete or current. Information about pricing, lead times, and service areas is general; the binding details for your job come from the phone call.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the rental that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days before taking effect.
