These Terms govern your use of bindroppro.com and the dumpster and porta potty rental services arranged through BinDrop Pro in the Houston metro area. By using this site or calling the number listed, you agree to these Terms.

The service

BinDrop Pro connects customers with a network of licensed and insured local service providers for roll-off dumpster and portable restroom rental. When you call, we coordinate the rental with one of our service partners. The actual delivery, pickup, and waste handling is performed by the local partner.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided by phone are flat-rate and include delivery, pickup, the included rental period (typically 7 days), and disposal up to a stated weight allowance. Charges may apply for excess weight, prohibited materials, rental extensions, or street placement requiring permits. Any additional charges will be communicated before they are incurred wherever possible.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate placement instructions, ensure adequate clearance for the delivery truck, and only place permitted materials in the bin. Prohibited materials such as hazardous waste, tires, batteries, and refrigerant appliances are listed on our service pages and will be flagged at delivery if visible. Disposal of prohibited materials may incur a contamination fee from the landfill that will be passed through to you.

Damage and liability

We use lift-and-set placement when feasible to protect driveways and surfaces. Customers are responsible for confirming that their driveway and access route can support a loaded truck. BinDrop Pro and its service partners are not liable for damage to driveways or surfaces resulting from normal placement or weight-bearing conditions disclosed accurately by the customer.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations made before the dispatch of the delivery truck are typically free. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a service fee equal to the dispatch cost. Rescheduling is generally available on a same-call basis. Specific terms apply to each rental and will be confirmed by the dispatching partner.

This site and the services arranged through it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BinDrop Pro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top will be revised when we do.
