If you're looking at this page, your project probably started two days ago and the trash is already taller than you expected. Welcome to Houston construction. We deliver roll-off dumpsters to driveways, alleyways, and job sites across the metro the same day you call. Sizes 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40 yards. One quote on the phone, that's the price you pay. No fuel surcharge added at pickup. No environmental fee added next month.
Houston is not an easy market for waste pickup. The metro covers nine counties and 600+ ZIP codes when you count the suburbs. Trash trucks get stuck in I-10 traffic. Drivers cancel jobs because the address turned out to be 90 minutes from their last drop. Roofers and contractors get told "next Tuesday" when they need a bin Thursday morning. Most of those problems trace back to one thing: the dumpster company isn't actually based where they say they are. They're a national broker forwarding your call to whoever picks up first.
We work the other way. Trucks pre-staged across the metro before you call. Routes adjusted by ZIP. If your address is inside Loop 610, you get a 30-minute window. If you're in Conroe or League City, you get same-day with a wider window. Either way, you talk to a real person, get a quote, and the bin shows up.
One call covers both. Need a porta potty for the crew? Bundle it with the dumpster on the same delivery and save 12% on the restroom. Most contractors don't know this is even an option. Ask the rep when you call.
Half our calls are commercial. The other half is homeowners doing kitchen remodels, garage cleanouts, roof replacements, and post-storm debris hauls. Every job is the same operationally: pull a truck off the yard, drop the bin where you want it, come back when you're done. That's it. The price is the price.
Houston Doesn't Wait. Neither Should You.
Construction in this city runs on tight margins and tighter schedules. The wrong dumpster company at the wrong time costs you real money. Here's what we hear most:
Crew Standing Around
Four guys at $40/hr each, waiting because the bin's still full from yesterday. That's $160 an hour burned. The dumpster pays for itself in two hours.
OSHA Violations
No restroom on a 5+ worker job site? OSHA 1926.51 fines start at $16,131 per violation. A porta potty costs less than one inspector visit.
The City Complaint Call
Debris stacked in the driveway for three days. Workers using the bushes. Now your neighbor's on the phone with 311. We deliver before that call goes in.
Hurricane Season Surge
June through November in Houston means storm cleanup demand spikes overnight. Most companies run out of trucks. We surge capacity for named storms and major weather events.
Dumpster + Porta Potty
Delivered Together
Most companies make you call two vendors, juggle two delivery windows, sign two contracts, get two invoices. We coordinate both in 60 seconds.
Roll-Off Dumpster
10-40 yard sizes. Construction debris, demo, roofing, concrete, household. Same-day delivery available across the metro.
Porta Potty
Standard, ADA, flushing, hand-wash combos. Weekly service included. Construction-grade units OSHA-ready.
Combo customers save 12% on the porta potty when bundled with a dumpster on the same delivery. Ask the rep when you call.
Pick a Size. We Drop It Today.
Flat-rate pricing includes delivery, pickup, 7-day rental, and disposal up to the included weight. Call for an exact ZIP-based quote. Takes under 60 seconds.

Houston dumpster permits, in plain English
This is the question we get most often, so let's get it out of the way. The short version: if your bin sits 100% on private property like a driveway, side yard, or empty lot, you don't need a permit anywhere in Houston. The dumpster company drops it, you fill it, they pick it up. Done.
If any part of the bin needs to sit on the street, sidewalk, or any city right-of-way inside Houston city limits, you need a Right-of-Way (ROW) permit from Houston Public Works. The permit is required regardless of how long the bin will be there, even for a single afternoon. Putting a bin on the street without one risks a citation and can get the bin tagged for removal.
We can apply for the permit on your behalf. Our rep will ask for the address, the placement spot, and how long you need it. Houston Public Works typically turns these around in 2-3 business days, faster if it's an emergency cleanup tied to a storm event. There's a city fee plus a small handling fee on our side. The full number is quoted on the call so there are no surprises.
Outside Houston city limits, the rules vary by jurisdiction. Sugar Land, Pearland, and Pasadena each have their own ROW process. Unincorporated Harris County is more relaxed. We've worked all of these and can tell you on the phone whether your address needs anything beyond a delivery slot.
One more thing worth mentioning: HOAs. About a third of Houston-area neighborhoods have an HOA, and a chunk of those have rules about dumpster placement, visibility from the street, and how many days a bin can sit on a driveway. We don't enforce HOA rules, but if you tell us the neighborhood, we can usually flag the common ones and help you avoid a violation letter.
Allowed and Prohibited Materials
Most household and construction debris goes straight in. A handful of items are restricted by Texas state law and Houston-area landfill rules.
Allowed
- Construction debris (lumber, drywall, framing)
- Roofing materials and shingles
- Concrete, brick, and stone (clean-load)
- Household junk and furniture
- Yard waste, branches, sod
- Flooring (carpet, tile, hardwood)
- Cabinets and countertops
- Non-refrigerant appliances
- Mattresses (per Houston rules)
- Tile, sheetrock, plaster
Prohibited
- Hazardous chemicals and liquids
- Paint, solvents, lacquers
- Tires (any size)
- Car or marine batteries
- Refrigerators, AC units, freezers (Freon)
- Asbestos and asbestos-containing material
- Medical waste
- Propane tanks
- Pesticides and herbicides
- Whole or partial food waste
Not sure if something qualifies? Mention it when you call. The rep will tell you yes/no and explain alternatives if it's a no. Mixing prohibited items with regular debris triggers a contamination fee at the landfill, so it's cheaper for everyone to sort it out beforehand.
